In our opinion, it’s an enjoyable base for travelling to Krakow. The personnel is very very helpful. It has a particularly good and excellent location; really close to Kraków.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful. The location was perfect, right next to the town center and even had a tunnel nearby to make getting around super easy! 🌟

Favourable location, next to our main points of interest. We had a few drinks at Lunch bar Tu, located minutes from the venue, before going to sleep. The host met us with warm welcome. Easy check-in, helpful staff. Bathtubs bath, a shower, hairdryers and a spa bathtub...

The host was absolutely AMAZING. He called me several times to ask how is it going - before, during and after stay. We asked to check-in earlier due to specific circumstances and we were surprised how kind and helpful host was. It was outstanding experience and it was the first time I met such an awesome host. Talking about location it's 15-20 min walk to an old town. Also there are a lot of awesome places to eat nearby. Also 10 mins away there is Galeria Krakowska. We came with a car so we needed parking place and host provided underground parking space where our car was extremely safe. We booked apartment 105 and jacuzzi there was super large and there was more than enough space for 2 people. One awesome thing to mention - this apartment has TV which rotates 360 so you can watch TV from sofa, bed, balcony or even jacuzzi! The balcony here was pretty large and it's a nice place to relax and enjoy days and evenings with glass of wine. Overall highly recommend this place and and huge thanks and best wishes to such an amazing host!

We had such a great stay in Krakow near the city center and major landmarks. The host provided us with good tips. We loved having a private bathroom.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Jacuzzi Glass-House Central! The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even called me multiple times throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. The apartment itself was stunning, with a large jacuzzi that had 360-degree rotation, allowing us to watch TV while relaxing in the bubbles. The balcony was a great place to unwind with a glass of wine, and the underground parking provided peace of mind for our car. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the old town and plenty of nearby restaurants. I had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this place!

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a limited supply of Nespresso capsules and only slippers provided instead of dressing gowns, these were not significant enough to detract from the overall enjoyable stay. Additionally, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the jacuzzi could have used some extra cleaning.

I had a fantastic stay with a convenient location near the railway station and easy check-in, and the ability to cook my own meals in the kitchen made it even better!
